Welcome back to the Quarterly North Bay Members Meeting in May 2022
We will meet at Rudi‘s Donuts in Castro Valley at 9:00 and take off at 10:15 for a spirited 50 mile drive, arriving at Cobra Experience in Benicia before noon. CE will have sandwiches and beverages prepared for us. The presentation is about 1 1/2 hours. There are several Cobras to see and ask questions about.

“One Lap Of South Bay Driving Event” May 14, 2022
Los Gatos – Alamitos Vineyards
The registration for a driving event is through the ARA calendar. Early registration will be greatly appreciated. The number of participants needs to be communicated to Alamitos Vineyards establishment by May 7th.

Driving Route:
From Los Gatos Shopping Center parking lot we will make a left turn to Los Gatos –Saratoga Street and make a left at the light to Hwy 17 West towards Santa Cruz. We will stay on the highway only for 9 miles. We will take Summit Rd Exit and turn left onto Summit Rd. that will take us to Soquel San Jose Rd.
From that point, we will drive straight to Soquel / Capitola and we’ll make left turn to enter Hwy 1 South. From Hwy 1 S to Watsonville and take Exit 426 - Main Street. While on Main Street, follow the signs to CA-152 E.
We will drive on CA-152 E towards Gilroy and take a left turn to Watsonville Rd. towards UVAS Reservoir where we will make a short rest stop and regroup.
From UVAS Reservoir we will continue to drive to Alamitos Vineyards located at 23505 Alamitos Rd., San Jose CA 95120 which is our final destination.
The Alamitos Vineyards establishment ushers will direct us from the main gate to the parking lot.
The wine tasting bar will serve their favorite local wines and snacks.
All ARA members and their guests will receive a 10% discount on all purchases.
