ARA-SFIAC Joint Event - 2023 - TOUR - CAR SHOW - LUNCH

DATE - Saturday May 20th - Registration is CLOSED

May 20th (Saturday) convene for drive at 8:30am; drive off at 9:00am (sharp)
DRIVE START – GGNRA Discovery Museum School Parking Lot, Marin side of GG Bridge – Fort Baker
Join us for a compact hyper-local drive around the Headlands area of the Golden Gate Bridge, followed by a small North Beach Car Show, and a buffet lunch in San Francisco with the San Francisco Italian Athletic Club.

ALL ACTIVITIES are OPTIONAL – Please READ the details and note SEPARATE registrations are required for ALL activities:
>> TOUR START: GGNRA Discovery Museum School Parking Lot, Marin side of GG Bridge – Fort Baker
>> CAR SHOW/LUNCH: Stockton Street in front of San Francisco Italian Athletic Club (SFIAC) 1630 Stockton Street San Francisco, CA 94133
            --- ONE lunch seat is required for entry to the CAR SHOW ---
>> GUEST lunch seats are available.

We will have Stockton Street blocked off in front of the SFIAC building at Washington Square and will show our cars and have a lovely mid-day gathering, lunch will be hosted in the SFIAC dining room.

Meet at start point at 8:30am and be ready to drive off at 9:00am
Arrive in North Beach at 10:30am and park in the designated area of Stockton Street in front of SFIAC
Stockton between Filbert and Union, enter from Filbert Street side 

Lunch at 12:00pm SFIAC dining room

Clear out by 2:30pm so Stockton Street can be reopened on time per SFPD requirements.
If you select the DRIVE activity you must come to the starting/staging point for an up-to-the-minute route update, and driver’s meeting. If you select the LUNCH activity it must be purchased in advance as part of your registration and includes a spot in the CAR SHOW.  ALL activities are optional, BUT, you can only park in the car show if you pay for at least ONE lunch.
LUNCH cost is $45.00 per person [covers ONE car for the SHOW].

You must sign up here on the ARA website for the activities you want to be part of and PRE-PAY for your lunch
at the San Francisco Italian Athletic Club.
The car show is LIMITED to 40 cars. 
LUNCH is NOT limited; you may pay for as many people in your party as you like.
NOTE: Space for your car at the SFIAC CAR SHOW is LIMITED to 40 cars
and is ONLY available to paid lunch attendees.
