About this event
Please come to the Bayonet Grill in the Clubhouse at 4:00 PM to relax and check-in for dinner. Appetizers will be served at 4:30 and dinner at 5:00 PM. A no-host bar will be available all evening.
Appetizers of antipasti, assorted cheeses with fresh melon, seasonal berries and crackers will be served at 4:30.
Dinner will be a plated meal consisting of a mixed greens salad, a duet of salmon with white wine butter sauce & fruit salsa and beef tenderloin with béarnaise sauce. This will be served along with roasted red potatoes, and zucchini squash with garlic & herbs. Dessert will be a chef's choice of sweets.
The vegan option is roasted vegetable lasagna with basil pesto cream.
Iced tea, water, coffee and hot tea is included with dinner.
Dinner will be served at 5:00 pm.
